Base on Protoz for many days yields no RP/ Credits

How can we help you now:
=> Initially had my base on Triton and was not receiving RP/ Creds. I created a ticket and was told that Triton was no longer valid as a source of RP/ Creds, and Protoz was the PvE for this. Moved my base here about 2 weeks ago and have not received anything. I’m not sure why, but i’d really like that RP and Creds for that time and to understand what is happening. Thank you.
