On Cryo planets all bases are deleted after 7 days. You have to leave before that.

Did you see any warnings about limits in chat? A red message.
Nothing. Was opening a cargo box and at this moment base just disappeared.

I restored it.
Add more blocks. It looks like it was under the 10 block minimum.
