======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I have a blank OCD when I use HWS connect, also no EB info and player info. But this happens only on my desktop, cause on my notebook i don’t have this problem. Last time I sent a message the issue seemed to be solved, but at the moment the OCD is blank on my desktop.

=> From start of the season

Are you checking the correct place? There are 4 servers :slightly_smiling_face:
And if so, have you tried to refresh your browser? (Ctrl/shift/f5

also, hws connect shows blank when we are gone for 7days. join the correct server, verify u have the correct one loaded on the web, walk around in game a bit till u get the “Welcome Back!” message from the chat bot, then refresh the webpage.
