Brand new CV wiped

What happened:
=> I had just finished building a ship strong enough to handle some PvP, took it out to mine in the HomeWorld sector, and got insta-wiped from warping on top of the Death Star thing. Stood zero chance against it and it ate through my ship in about 2 seconds.

i did notice some of the warp on points (PvP&E both) can be a bit dangerous even with hitting the shield hotkey. players are not permitted to camp warp in points, the NPC factions should uphold the same standard.

Restored it. But this is a huge exception since it was lost in pvp by the Stargate.
