Can I get my ship back?

I built a big CV, then decided to reset so I could help my wife start/get off the starter planet. I set my base and other ships to Faction, but forgot to on my CV, it was set to private. so now nobody can use the ship. is there a way get it back to faction?

Or you can put in a support ticket instead. Not trying to sound like an ass but I really hate this damn iPhone, and it fails at everything including copy paste.
