=> After I claimed a floating wreck and upgraded it as my home base I have also put alien core inside, flew to the sector where UHC research vessel is and logged off, the next day when I came back i was outside floating in space, my ship nowhere to see

Hey, @Jakub_Jacob. Welcome back.

Generally, don’t use those wrecks as normal ships in multiplayer. They reset eventually, and they’re pretty difficult to track unless you have the ID (as you do in this case).
If you want, you can blueprint it and clone it. That’s completely safe.

It looks to me like the containers were reset, but it’s possible that your stuff is still there. You can try to go check:

The wreck looks as default, no containers nothing, just like it was before, so I did loose 1 alien core and 1 XL container of resources… Any help from your side would be appreciated…

Good morning, @Jakub_Jacob.

I did some magic now. The ship is right outside your base.
Keep in mind that ship restoration is complicated, and there’s a small chance I duplicated some items. If I did, it’s very important that you delete the duplicated items
Also the restored ship is no longer a “POI”, so it’s safe to use.

In the future, remember to avoid these wrecks ^^ Blueprinting them and spawning a clone is fine. Using the original ship will eventually lead to a loss like this typically.
