=> Hello, since the server upgrade to v9.6.0 I am stuck on the loading screen after the planets loading and before the structure loading. I upgraded my client software and rebooted my pc.

hey, sorry to hear that, whole server is really messed up atm but HWS is working really hard to get things back up.
only thing i can suggest for now is to delete your playfields folder ONLY and try and reload… could be that a playfield is down atm…
Please be patient and bare with us… will be fixed asap

Having the same problem. Deleting playfield folder does not help.
I have the same problem since the last update, there are already news?
no change up to now …
Back to 9.5.0 it seems … loading
They rolled back to 9.5. It works now.
