Cannot Connect

Heya everyone, apologies if this is in the wrong place, I spent a little time looking around hoping to find something similar to the issue I have but didn’t find anything and wasn’t entirely sure where to ask this question so just gonna stick it here.

I can’t connect to the server. Sometimes it just doesn’t connect, so I cancel and try again, sometimes it takes a game restart to actually connect. When it does connect hwoever it loads up but when it gets to loading “Structures” it just hangs at 0% and after I wait for it to do nothing the screen just cuts to the empyrion background and I can hear things and access my PDA but there’s no image or anything besides the background picture. Half of the PDA comes up over the picture and that’s it.

Is anyone having a similar issue?! I haven’t been able to play for a couple days now and it’s doing my head in! lol

Sounds like server lag. Fill in a support ticket if the problem persist.

Hi there, my friend and I are having the same issue. We created 2 new characters on freelancer. After landing on the planet, we seemed bugged, so we restarted the server. Now structures remain at 0% forever and we can’t get in.

Hi guys. My friends and I have been playing on freelancer start for 2 days. the lag has started to get steadily worse.

bear with it. its opening week of season and 8.0 update.
