Cannot get daily loot in past week therefore no skill points

Hi,
after a week of receiving no daily loot therefore no skill points . I dont know what to do differently to what I have been doing these past 4 seasons. Ime logged in…I get my daily vote but the daily loot tab doesnt work for me. I dont get what ime doing differently…its making my game drag with no skill tree points, no ams.
Please help folks and thanks to those that responded in general section.

can u please add ur in-game player name and server on which u tried to claim?

checked a few logs as best i can (currently working on very very tiny screen), are you sure you are moving around after logging in? the EAH system needs to detect you as online and that needs somtimes up to 2mins i think and u need to make sure u Move around after logging in with your character…
usually once EAH detects you, it should send you a “Welcome back to HWS…” message… this is a good indication that things are OK for you to click Claim…
please make sure you follow this procedure in the future and let me know if that doesn’t work out…

Ok, I get the welcome screen but still no loot and I am moving and foraging all over.

checked logs again… ur first claim attempt was around 13:26:00 and ur last attempt at 13:27:46 … that’s less than 2minutes…
as i mentioned earlier, the online detection thing can take 2mins+ … so just hang on there a bit more and give it a try… should work …

OK I have been in the game ten mins…no loot even though ime active. I have done no more and no less than previous seasons…I just dont get it. This has never happened before, its just frustrating since ive been around over a week now. Ime busy at work at the moment so may just miss out this season and come back in the fall. If you can figure it out great …if not dont worry…its still a great server.
I may pop into discord and have a chat later maybe something will show up.

HWS Connect got completely reworked so some things are different now.

Can you please send me a screenshot of your Daily Loot button / popup?
Mine is looking like this:

Yep mine too. When I claim a dismiss button pops up. I also vote…that shows in log. I wonder if I need to clear a cache out.

Probably. Try a CTRL + R on your keyboard.

Also, make sure you chose the right server.

hmm actually, can u please check the following… once u login and spend more than 2 minutes online and moving around…
go to hws connect hunter board page … it should show u online players lists below the hunter boards…
does your player name appear online in that list or it doesn’t show up at all?

hello,
we tried to follow ur logs a bit… u don’t seem to be doing it quite right mate… please try to follow these steps:

• log into hws game server
• keep 4 slots empty in ur backpack
• play for 2mins or more (just moving around is enough) and STAY ingame
• log into hws connect (while staying in-game!)
• check hunterboard and make sure ur player is in the online list
• make sure on top it says server NA
• goto dashboard, open the daily loot window and click claim
• alt tab back into game and wait a few seconds… loot should appear in ur inventory!

I feel like a right prat lol. I always logged into connect and vote before entering game rather than visa versa. Loot arrived.
I will pay more attention in future and read more community and guides.
