Cannot place stargate on Penthouse

I just bought a pair of stargates, but can’t place one on my penthouse. It says no permission to modify the structure. Could you perhaps please help to place it for me anywhere in the Penthouse ID:63119 Destination: “Xtrstarbase” ID: 15897562 Playfield: Eden Space
