Can't change orgin

What happened?
=> I typed the command “egs:changeorgin:dealer” orgin quadrolith and got sys message “welcome to new family” but still have old engineer orgin.
Im also not in the fraction rn.
I want to change it to dealer.

you have to stand right up to the LCD with the commands and wait for it to synchronize that you’re actually there.

the cb:startjobs command should help sync your position. you may have to type it two or three times though. position synchronization has been massively delayed this season sometimes

I tried to change it for an hour with no success.

Today after server reset i tried again and afk at monolit for 30 min but still no luck.

Right now when I just left the monolith after about an hour I got this info.
And still i have old orgin.

i believe that message pops when u leave the zone. so is sounds like the zone works, just not the command itself.

I just tried myself, and while standing right here, I was successfully able to change origin on RE EU.

Can you please try standing still at the same place, for at least two minutes and try again?

Unfortunately still i can’t change it.
Im there right now and waited for 15 min.

Strange, and you say in DMs you use Steam also.

@RexXxuS, any ideas why it doesn’t work for him? I tried myself, and it worked just fine.

just for s&g, try changing to a different origin other than dealer…

also press tab, what is your current origin above your name?

Current is enginner.
Yeah i tried also with explorer earlier.

it just seems like the game is out to get you

but I’m sure Rex will be able to figure it out eventually…
