Cant csw from eu to na

I type the command csw:start:na, it tells me to confirm with cb:yes. I do this and nothing is happening. Tried several times to no avail. what do I do? Ive tried several times now. last time I waited 10 minutes after typing the yes. I relogged and tried again, same thing. just won’t let me leave.
