Can't get daily loot

What happened:
=> I am trying to get my daily loot and every time I click the button all I get is the “Make sure you are online and have space in your back pack” banner. I am online and my backpack and toolbar are nearly empty. No amount of clicking anywhere or any way gets me anything but that banner and I can;t get the loot. I tried logging off, restarting the game, closing my web browser, and coming back tot he daily loot page, and I still can’t get any result other than the banner.

Time (cb:time):
=> Around 09:20-09:30 today

=> Sanctuary orbit

How can we help you now:
=> Get me the loot package, make sure the counter is set so I get the correct cumulative loot tomorrow, and either fix the bug that causes that banner to appear and prevents you from getting loot after it appears, or better yet, get rid of the banner entirely. I already know I have to be online and have space to get the loot.

Did you try cb:startjobs ingame?
I had the same issue two days ago… suddently it just worked

u need to move around a bit after logging in for EAH to detect u… mainly u should get a welcome back to hws msg once it does…
after that, clicking the button should give u the rewards…

Thanks. I was finally able to get it after a few hours after relogging and walking around until I saw the welcome message. I still had to click about 10-15 times before it worked.
