Cant get the second Fragment

=> I cannot get the second Fragment, even with four Clonepoints and VIP Teamlevel.
I got the first Fragment before the requirements where changed, so maybe that causes the actual trouble i have.
Please look up what is causing the problem, thank you.

you need the 4 clone points AND you ned to visit the CEO of T.E.A.M., for that you need to be VIP with all 4 of T.E.A.M. sections, i believe…if it hasn’t been changed…if you are, then that is yet another problem with TEAM…

@RexXxuS if that is the case, then there will be at least few more people with same problem, including me, i also claimed the first fragment before anything was needed for it.
