I could imagine that the game had an issue with the skill tree reset @RexXxuS , but it might be just a seldom game bug.
Your level should be 25 again.
But you might have lost your Upgrade points. @RexXxuS might have to check that since I donāt think Iām supposed to give you unlimited upgrade points in RE.

So from trying to catch up itās the old rare bug @Jascha
the game from time to time set the .ply file of a player to 0kb. Which means they have to start fresh again. I think it basically means they get a new entity id, as if they would type cb:reset in chat.
Probably some read/write process went wrong during high load of the server.
Anyways, with a new entity id, like in this case, the HWS Connect Skill Tree also resets and this is not something I can fix for now unfortunately.
This alpha game is really hard sometimesā¦
