Can't warp nova <--> market

Because of CSW-outgoing the warp cost is now > 25 and thus you can not warp. But the 3D map says you can. Bug or am I doing something stupid again?

Elemental Marketplace is the connection to almost all inner planets. Nova is a planet far away. You can only reach Nova from Mercury.
