What happened?
=> I attempted to promote a member of my faction [Big] (Bigger Diggers) to admin so I could change origin but he seems to be back to apprentice.

Hey, @POTATO. Welcome to HWS.

You must be on the same playfield as the other player to be able to promote them.
Please let me know next time you’re online, then I’ll put you back into the faction as owner :slight_smile:

Hi Potato,

Did you try to set your faction mate as an owner? I’m just trying to figure out is it possible to do it without throwing a ticket to admins.
Or probably it will require set you as an owner to change faction origin, which seem isn’t possible without admins.

any faction admin can take ownership once the owner leaves the faction.
