Clarify "You are guilty" status for Lawless players

Hi team,

This night I was trying to left starter planet and found out that the system pushes me back.
The reason: it’s said “Server: you are guilty”.

What does it means for “lawless” players?

Could you clarify why this happened and when it will be reset to normal?

Just checked it in the game. Well, I got “you are not guilty”. It’s good. But why I got the opposite?
