Whenever I use the following message is displayed Please help me fix it

Nothing changed on our side.
Try this:

1. go to HWS Connect page
2. press F12
3. Go to Application (Google Chrome)
4. Right click on Cookies>empyrion domain: Clear
5. F5 and try again to login
