=> Please look into why the skill points are not being applied if it is something I am doing wrong or connect issue
As said back in the days: HWS Connect has still no queue system.
If you click Daily Loot and Vote reward, you overwrite your task to apply Skill Points.
You have to do one - by - another - step - by - step, until all is applied.
I can only apply the skill tree skill while you are online ingame.

I believe my daily loot has been automatic with the patreon ADL and I thought I was voting at a complete different time than my first login of the day but things have been pretty hectic lately lol

Once I see you, I apply the Stamina Skill to you.
It is not a big deal, we are all busy for holiday time.
