Connected toolbar ate my Robotics

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I’m at a Robotics facotry. Connected to my ship, ID 21987067. Box “Loot 1”. Bought 250 Robotics. I then disconnected toolbar to place items in ship. Button froze, I waited 10 seconds and had to press ESC to get out of logistics screen. Toolbar was now disconnected and the Robotics was gone.

Hotbar was connected to “Loot 1”. To be precice: [00ff00]Loot 1

I’m sorry if my tone was a little demanding and angry. This was not first time the connected toolbar has given me grief.

The exact same thing happened again. So here are some fresh info if it helps.
I am at a Robotics factory in Gamma 22607 IV, Bal Sigoa. ID 2528364
SHIP ID is the same 21987067
Connected box is the same [00ff00]Loot 1
Bought 250 Robotics. (Already have 750 in the Loot 1-box)
I pressed the connect/disconnect button, it froze, half lit. This was 14:27
I can’t do anything at this point. I wait a bit but have to hit escape to exit.
I’m now disconnected and the 250 I just bought are not transfered to the box.

Care to reimburse me 500? :slight_smile:

Edit: I found a way to avoid this in the future. If the visible bar is not the connected box, but the normal one, while purchasing, items are put directly in the box. Not on the hotbar. That should keep this problem from happening again.

Hey, for your info, looking into these kinds of issues is extremely time-consuming from our side.

I will look into the original part of the ticket like I said yesterday, the other new stuff I can’t help with sadly.
Helping with this issue is already a big exception since we have to put quite a bit of trust in the players to solve this.

I will try to look now.

Handled in private.
Unfortunately I couldn’t help, since the robotics were bought from a trader, and lost to the connected toolbar within one minute, so there are no logs of the items ever existing :grimacing:
