=> Suddenly my container controller is disappeared with all the items in there. Structure ID 1440096 Venture.

How can we help you now?
=> Well it was my main ship and main container, id like to have it back if possible.

Welcome to HWS,
unfortunately we don’t have logs about changes of your structure. Thus we can’t help in such instances.
Overall I don’t think we ever had the case that a single device/block disappeared for no reason. That would be a new bug I guess.
Did you ask your faction mate Neltharion? Maybe he removed the container.

Hi he was offline at the time , i’ve seen the disappearing my self. the module wasn’t there after a warp, and it was present before.
Can you just rollback the ship state 10 minutes before the bug?
What should i do now?

You must have logs of my transactions of items from the OCD ive lost pretty much a lot there 350+ food rations few Advanced 5 CPU upgrades. only the food is above 10kk on the market and Iam a new player.

Havent touched the ship since then

I rolled your ship back now.
The backups are done every 4 hours though, so it’s from 13:00 or so.
That’s the best I could do.
