Cross server warp SV made it- alt was left in EU

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
Tried cross server warp. After the command csw:start:NA was kicked out with suggesting to login to server. (as expected). Login to the NA server came to the start page with selection of planet …. With time screen did not change. I had started a new character with hope that I will get my bag content back and eventually SV. But this was a new character without any connection to the EU server.
Fine. Thought that warp did not happen. Started EU server and find my alt in a csw zone but without ship and empty bag.
What to do? Can I get my character in one place and in a SV? What I had done wrong?

Hey,

just login to NA and wait until CSW is completed (it will take around 2 minutes after you first login there). Make sure to move a bit
