EU to NA CSW

Did a cross server warp from NA to EU did my EB:interest and visited the ECC but disconnected when leaving orbit, reconnected jet packed back to my sv then docked with my cv then did a cross server back to NA.
On logging in to NA it never jumped me to my cv (left me floating) and the contents of my back pack never loaded in. when using my jet pack to get to my CV I disconnected from server again.
I relogged then got to the cv and jumped to the ECC NA.
When checking my bank account I noticed my inventory credits are missing (around 25 million)
I checked the EU and the credits showed up on the character so I logged in on the EU but when I tried to it said:-
Server: @Big Red: sorry but your player is located on another server. Please CSW back to this server. No chatbot can be used until then.
I take it my NA/EU character’s are out of synch and i was concerned that if I CSW back to EU I would lose my hard earned credits.
After looking on both the HWS connect NA and EU I see both bank accounts are now showing my inventory (in credits) as 0
I assume I can resynch my player by jumping back to the EU but I assume it will over ride my credits.
Can I please have my credits returned to my character on NA , Thanks for your time.
