CSW Failure, CV and docked SV missing in action

Not realizing that EU server was down, I CSW from San to EU, course EU was down, as soon as I could I logged into EU, no ships, no backpack…nothing but me. This was around 1400 us est, the ships names were CV - DMSV Jakob and the sv was Jakob S1. I dont have thier ID’s…anyplace I can find it? Also, they do not show up on the Registry any longer.
