What happened?
=> Player in my faction Algorithm can not log into the forums, So I am making this ticket on his behalf, He CSWed from EU to NA he and his backpack came over but not his ship

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Algorithm

Server? (EU or NA)
=> Both I guess?

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 12:25 EST 12/1/20

On which Playfield?
=> CSW

Structure Name(s)?
=> Don’t Touch

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> Not sure

How can we help you now?
=> Just letting admins know but as I was typing this an alert came in game that you shut off CSW soooo yeah :stuck_out_tongue: I tried to let people know in discord to save Admins more issues! Best of luck guys.

sorry for the trouble. We had to revert. Your ship, should be back where it was at 17:00

If it was on NA during that time, please let us know and we restore it.

have them use the steam overlay web browser for hws connect and the forums. it will auto authenticate with no need for MFA codes
