CSW - Lost Backpack

What happened?
=> When I CSW’d from NA to EU today, circa 11.25 am, i logged back into EU, then got kicked in a few seconds with a message to log back into NA. I logged back into NA, and Backpack contents is now gone on both Servers

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 11.25 AM

=> EU / NA CSW

=> I would like my back / tool bar restored, ideally on EU as thats where i was going

let me know when you are on NA server next time. The we can restore it.

Thanks Jascha - Have to do some stuff with my kids but will be sure to be on this PM. Also just realised it also wiped in game bank inventory - thats kinda a big deal as a lot in there saving up for OCD 10.
