CSWarp - cannot come to NA

Had already this problem last season. After the warp to NA restarting at NA server repeatedly brings to the start window with request to choose a planet. Restart at EU shows empty alt in CSW zone.
Help!!!

Hey,

first of all this is not the right forum area (I moved it now to the support area) and also not a complete support ticket.
Without a proper support ticket we can’t do much.

Second: Before you use CSW, please read the instructions and you will see that there is no problem.

Cross Server Warp (CSW)

Since we have two PvPvE servers (HWS EU and NA) and HWS RE EU and HWS RE NA we have implemented a way for you to play on both servers each! You can warp from the HWS EU server to the HWS NA server (or vice versa) with your ships and player easily. (or HWS RE EU <> HWS RE NA) Note: You CAN’T CSW from HWS EU to HWS RE EU or HWS RE NA. How does it work? Fly to the “Cross Server Warp” sector (it’s in Homeworld PvE System, the center of the Universe) Type the command CSW:Start:NA (if you are on…

You just need to choose a Playfield and wait for a few minutes after the first CSW.

Thanks for the friendly answer. Selecting a playfield works. I read instructions again and after your friendly recommendation once more, even used find function, but could find conformation of you recommendation to choose a Playfield and wait for a few minutes after the first CSW.

NA server repeatedly brings to the start window with request to choose a planet.

This is normal (and scary at first.) It takes a few moments for the CSW to warp you to your ship. Your first CSW of the season will ask you to choose a starting planet. All you need to do is selected a start point and wander around for a bit. Eventually it will warp you back to your ship.
