What happened?
=> My CV disappeared after a daily server restart. When I logged back in, the ship was gone. In HWS Connect Structure Commander the ship is now shown as “Deleted”. I tried to restore it using cb:restore:2318339, but received the message: “Sorry, but you cannot restore this structure! Please create a support ticket.”

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> I do not know the exact server time. The ship disappeared after a daily server restart.

=> Beta III

=> 2318339

How can we help you now?
=> Please restore Aquila_new (ID 2318339) from the latest available backup before it was deleted. The ship contained important cargo in its containers, so I would like the ship to be restored together with its container contents if possible.

Hey, @blacksmith2162.

The ship was deleted because it existed for longer than 14 days in a starter system. Every structure in those systems have an individual 14-day timer, whereafter they’ll be deleted. The only way to avoid it is by leaving the system entirely :slight_smile:

For now I’ll restore your ship, but I’d recommend that you leave ASAP, as your other structures are next in line to be deleted.
