CV disappeared during CSW

What happened:
=> CSWed from EU to NA in CV. Warp of ship never occurred despite equipment and items crossing correctly. CV no longer present on structure commander for either universe . Now stuck in CSW space

the tool crashed tonight unfortunately.
I retriggered the CSW now, after the Tax time, so no tax paid.
