Daily Loot doesn't work

What happened:
=> The Daily Loot doesn’t seem to work. After the timer ran out it just set itself back to 24h and I didn’t get anything. Yesterday it was the same.

Player(s) with issue:
=> Only me I guess

Server:
=> EU

Time (cb:time):
=> Saturday, 30 March 2019 8:10

Playfield:
=> Doesn’t really matter, the problem is the resetting timer on the website, nothing ingame. But if you need it: Eden

Structure Name(s):
=> No Structures

Structure ID(s):
=> No Structures

How can we help you now:
=> Tell me what I do wrong so the timer resets, or if it isn’t my fault please check if the Daily Loot system is allright.

Now the claim button suddenly appeared.
Clicked it and received the daily loot for today.
Seems like it fixed itself (or did you do anything?) Anyways thank you.
Hopefully it works every day from now on.
