daily loot is 28 drops on a 30-day cycle that resets on the same day for everyone. if you start in the middle of a cycle, you are unable to collect them all.
Yes, @Bob, it suppose to be today 21st/22nd day in 4th DL row, so that everything said above is correct.

Bob is correct, but I think you misunderstood him.
The timer is global and the exact same for everyone.
So regardless of how far you were, everyone was reset back to day 1 last night.
It happened intentionally to every player at the same time 
So nothing went wrong here.
