Dark Matter Pod disappearing after crafting

What happened?
=> Crafted 6 pods (in separate constructors) only 5 came out. Proceeded to craft another one, it also finished and did not come out. Then I tried one last time and it did the same thing. (yes there was space for it, yes I had the matts to make them and since each one was done in different constructor its not a case of miscounting)

=> Refund the materials for 3 Dark Matter Pods or give 3 of them. I would normally suck it up and I did for the first 2 but these are very expensive to make.

Okay, since Rex is currently occupied with a lot of other things right now, I think I can answer this anyway.

This bug is almost as old as Empyrion, and there are not really any logs about it. If this is very important to you, we can take your word for it as a one-time thing, and refund the items.

If they are important to you, please let me know next time you’re online and I’ll come in and give them to you.
