Delete SV 26007157 and return ownership of 30591488

I got in a pickle and ended up going back to the newb world. But when I did I left behind two SVs. I tried to delete 26007157, but it wouldn’t let me because it wasn’t on the same playing field as me. Is there any way you could delete 26007157 and give me back ownership of 30591488?
