Deleted alien core and stuck quest log

What happened:
=> I have two problems… I left the starter world with out finishing my starter Quests… so my quest log is stuck… And I just Bought a Alien Core and placed it in a vehivle before i know the ID so i tricked to pick it back up and destroyed it… now i have to buy another… can you help me with either?

Quest logg i belive you can finnish by clicking the squares next to the next task thing.

1. About the Alien Core there is also the option via Control Panel available.
   Please make sure to read this carefully:

Alien Core / NPC Core

On HWS you have the possibility to get an Alien Core as a super HighTech Alien Technology® item. Either from PDA missions, rewards, buying HWS Garage ships and recycling them, or with a Support. However, with great power comes great responsibility: WARNING 1: BEFORE you replace your core, make sure the structure exists already longer than 5 minutes. 2. About start quest. Nothing we can do remotely here.
   If you care about the Tutorial missions, empty your backpack and type in the console “destroyme”. Then click fresh start to get back.
