What happened?
=> All ships and bases of me and my clan mate disappeared. we have been offline some weeks

=> since at least 4 days ago when my friend logged in

Hey, @Eir.

The reason is that you didn’t touch your structures for more than a month. In some cases, two months. You must touch your structures at least once every 30th day, or they’ll be deleted.

If you let me know next time you’re online and in respectively Alpha 4170 IV Sector and Alpha4170 IV, then I’ll make an exception and restore your structures.

Thanks, I am online there now 4170 IV Sector. Close to the most important ships (alien core etc). I will stay online afk for as long as I can. I can update when planetside at Alpha4170 IV, as my mate has his main ship and all there
