Hey, @Dexter168.

Bank levels purchases are applied instantly, unless you have multiple; then the extras get applied in the next seasons.

Since you bought it right before the full wipe, your level would have been reset after you had it only 2 days. So you probably got it. Just bought it at a bad time :slight_smile:

Do you play on HWS+ NA or RE NA?

NA…Next time I’ll buy the package after the re-start

@RexXxuS will have to take a look, but technically it’s complicated, since upgrading before the wipe meant that the amount of credits you carried across might have been more than it otherwise would have.

Why do you think you didn’t get your Bank Level?
The logs say you did but as Dark said, maybe the timing was bad.

I appreciate your support a lot and for me it’s ok if I apply the Bank Level 5 now again. So have fun :v:
