Do:re command not working

What happened:
=> I used the following command when I purchased the supporter pack and the following command did not give items when used. " do:re -> Every 10 hours playtime it gives you the package below with the chat command do:re in your inventory (up to 10 max)"

sorry for the issues.
But it looks like you closed the window a couple of times and did not take the resources out:

28.04.2020 16:02:51.231 I The following items are lost since player 21406119 did not

I refunded the lost DO command. Just try it again and be patient and dont close the window that pops up with the items unless you took all out.
