do:ac:ID issue

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened:
=> When i did do:ac:ID issue today, it kept saying that error not being on same playfield and wait a few minutes thing. I kept doing it for a few minutes, and then i tried pressing P and accessing the ship console, and i was able to change ship from alien/public to Faction. And the command never confirmed my ship was changed. This also happend to Odinsblade.

Player(s) with issue:
=> Dr. Dark and Odinsblade

Server:
=> EU

Time (cb:time):
=> 12:30 ish i think.

Playfield:
=>

Structure Name(s):
=> Dr. Darkā€™s Factory

Structure ID(s):
=> 423156

How can we help you now:
=> Somehow fix this?

Just change the faction

Already did, but thereā€™s still an issue here though.

Its still something that can cause an issue / confusion to players so should be raised, regardless of the easy fix

So if I get it right: The command do:ac does not work anymore with the new Alien core, but you can change the faction on your own?

After putting one in an hour ago it worked like this for me.

Take out old core
Put in NPC Core
Change faction in P menu from "No Faction " to the one I wanted

I donā€™t know exactly how it works, but something like what Shojis said.

I placed core.
did do:ac:ID for a few minutes, but command didnā€™t work.
Tried pressing P, and was able to change it to my faction.

Tested myself and the do:ac command is not needed anymore.

Once the NPC Core / Alien Core is placed, it is set to ā€œNo Factionā€, so you can change it as @Shojis said.
Easy.
