Empyrion PDA program need some help

Hello, does anyone here have any experience in using the PDA tool linked below?

My problem is that when i start the scenario, the mission/welcome message will not turn up. It is in the PDA F1 ingame, but not as a welcome text… All worked well in my last scenario, did the same thing… Can not see any difference in the yaml either…

Anyone who knows of it at can help?

I know everything tbh but don’t know your setup / files.

If I have a bit of spare time I can maybe look into it.
