=>I was looting a zirax Sunat ship and suddenly without warning an Imerat ship appeared 500 meters away and destroyed everything causing me to lose big values for me including 52 hws dna and several stocks of materials, polaris contracts, weapons including the faction one and other stocks.

I checked and unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to help here. In general ships being damaged is always quite complicated from our side.
For that reason, we have some guidelines that say if something like this happens, you must completely abandon your ship.
You can’t put things or take them from containers, you can’t modify blocks, or move the ship, etc.
Sadly, you did move your ship, so we have no chance of keeping up with the logs.
Normally, we would also need a full video of the entire incident to be able to help, because we are quite limited in terms of logs for these cases.
But in this case, it’s not even the key point. Our latest backup from before you were attacked is simply too far back in the time.
So the difference between our backup and your ship right before it was destroyed would be too big.
So we can’t really help here, unfortunately. But I would recommend for you to actively use your radar while in space, so you see patrol ships before they get too close.
A game restart once in a while is also a good idea, as there’s a common bug with patrol ships turning invisible, which can only be fixed by a game restart.
It is pretty common, yep It’s the result of a buggy game combined with a scenario that pushes the game to its limits.
If the loss was that big for you, is it any few specific items that were of high value to you? If yes, which?

Ironic that there is a meme…but I have really lost a lot of game hours due to bugs demotivating me a lot, if it is not possible to restore my game content to a previous situation I would like some help in credits so that I can at least regroup and resume my game goals. I haven’t played for a long time on the server and I don’t know quick systems to accumulate credits, for me 15 million or so is really a lot.
rich ice mining in solitude territory is the quickest way to make credits. 15m shouldn’t take longer than 2-3hrs at most. the forge mission unlocks the ice drills, or they can be purchased from colonist scrapyards.
note: it’s never a good idea to visit a combat zone with a loot pinata. you may want to think about storing things a bit safer before venturing too far…
I had some items that were not easy to find and 52 HWS DNA, some data chips, and about 20 mixed excavation contracts, some more or less rare weapons. Definitely the totality of credits would help me to raise.
Unfortunately it’s not specific enough that I really have much to work with. I can’t give you 15 million credits; the closest option would be to restore your ship, and I wouldn’t be able to do that anyways since you modified your ship
But as a blind exception, I’ll at least take your word for the DNA and return it when I get home this evening.
That’s the best I can do here.
Thanks for the help, even if only the dna but it is already a good part of the lost value. For the ship itself, restoration is not necessary, the only value it had was 2 quantum processor and 6 medium turret.
