I was going from guardians starter planet to orbit and then i found 3 escape pods, ofc my 1st reaction was like: WTF is going on here… 
This is an odd little bug that has existed for a while. Since in HWS you do not drop in an escape pod with supplies every time you choose to start fresh ( to prevent farming starter mats) the escape pod graphic drops when someone chooses to start fresh… right where they died. Looks like someones ship blew up in low orbit, and all three chose to start fresh.
