Of course I’m here.
But this quest is not bugged. At least if it’s solveable for some:

Expedition: The Forge quest bugged

for whatever reason the quest has let me complete it.

You have to find the Dialogue guy, talking to you.

Once you click on the “You’re a slimy little…” this Quest will complete for you.
If it still doesn’t work, ask Ravien/Vermillion if it’s working intentional.
