Hey guys, has anyone noticed if there rp is going down regardless if the scan is active or not?? logged off last night with 168rp was down to 166 when i logged back on, scan was deactivated and cost me 6rp to activate and deactivate it to be sure

i believe rexxus said turning it off would not cost RP, so if its already off and you tell it to turn off again, should be ok?? sadly I can not confirm just was i recall… anyone else know?
It was inactive to begin with but RP still dropped two, but did cost a further 6 RP to active and deactive it,
