Faction malfunction on reset

What happened:
=> I started the new season wanting to try Freelancer. I decided i didn’t like it and did a CB:reset
I am still listed as the faction owner of the faction I created on the freelancer side so I could not use the same name. In addition, the reset did not reset my fa:supply so I am limping along trying to level. Is it supposed to work that way?

How can we help you now:
=> Destroy old faction so I can rename my current faction.
Reset my fa:supply if possible, it would help with leveling; if not, I understand, I will get there eventually. Thanks for anything you can do.

sorry yes thats how the game runs. You had to delete your old faction before you reset. Sadly we can’t remove that faction.

I will reset the fa:supply
