Howdy peeps already a full day without response, I know you are busy but this is fairly easy to fix, Just give me the log and I can finish the mission.
Hi, first of all, patience Maybe this is quickly solved, maybe not. But there’s a lot of small things like that, which in the end require a lot of time.

Second, what is the log you’re asking for?
Did you try asking for it ingame? Or maybe contact Vermillion. I think such quests are his area in RE Scenario.
I know you guys are busy and it was not as if I was shouting after 1 hour or 4 hours or 16 hours but it was just a gentle reminder that my case was still open after one day. Especially when you are very busy and it is something "small’ it falls through the cracks easily, since this something small impacts me I was just making sure it would not be forgotten.
I understand you have many request for support and my original support quest was maybe not explaining in enough details the issue, I should not have assumed that you where familiar with this specific quest or any RE quest really.
Let me explain in more detail.
There are four quests you can do which are exploring the starting system. Every starting system has its own specific quest. You have a quest for Alpha, one for Beta, one for Delta and one for Epsilon.
Each of the quests gives a reward and a survey report file. You end up with an Alpha survey system report, a Beta survey system report, a Delta survey system report and an Epsilon survey system report. Once you have done all 4 you put all 4 in your backpack and it triggers another quest/reward.
I have done all 4 quest, that means:
survey Alpha system
survey Beta System
Survey Delta System
Survey Epsilon System.
They are non repeatable you can only do them once. I can not trigger the end reward because I do not have the epsilon survey system report. That is the report/log I need to finish the reward or if your reset the Survey Epsilon System quest I will just redo it.
I would look up the item ID for you but I do not have access to the server config files, and I am not 100% sure the ID is the same for single player.
I think it is important to point out that the only way someone could have given me the epsilon survey system report was to do the quest and then give the report/log to me. Since I would then consume the report for the reward, it would mean that person would not be capable of finishing the quest. Also unless vermillion is admin of RE EU do not see how he can give me the item I need.

I gave you the Epsilon Token for now but please, before you continue playing, send me a screenshot of your PDA Chapter of that Survey Epsilon quest.
I want to see where exactly in that chain it got stuck
The follow up mission is hidden you only get it if you put all 4 logs in your inventory, the reward is very good though. Only way I can show you is to actually do the quest.
Thanks a lot for all of your help, I know this must have seem like a very little thing, but if you spend several hours working to finish a quest to then not be able to finish it, it becomes very frustrating. It is help like you peeps give that made me a patron. I used to run a Empyrion server for our faction so I do understand that there is a huge amount of work which is not seen.
