=> I have 338 Pentaxid cristals in my backpack but I didn’t receive the 10 rp faction bonus from it.

=> This morning around 9:00 am

=> no playfield involved

=> get the 10rp from the faction freelancer bonus from the 338 pentaxid cristals

this bonus RP is given an 08:50h so you need to have the 300 Pentaxid and your origin epic weapon in your inventory at 08:49h, at 09:00h it’s to late
