Hey everyone there are so many functions i wish i could use, but from reading i understand i can only use the lite version for a server that is hosted through a provider? i am hosting through streamline servers and would really love to use the full version.

yes sadly we only know 3 hoster so far who support the full version. (https://empyriononline.com/threads/announcements.13834/#post-207560)
But feel free to contact your hoster and ask them if they can implement it. The more that ask, the higher the chance that they will also support it.
