Game crash on loading screen

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened: I was in the ship to the starter planet an my game crashed, now every time I load into that server my game crashes on the loading screen. When I join the EU server it works fine so I know it is not my game.

Playfield: Freelancer starter planet
Structure Name(s): in between planet and space station
Structure ID(s): space
How can we help you now: All I need is my character reset so my game does not crash on start.

Not a 100% solution but a chance: Delete your cache for NA.

How to:

  1. right click Empyrion in your Steam Library and go to Properties
  2. switch over to the Local Files tab and click on Browse Local Files
  3. go to saves and then cache
  4. delete the folder that starts with HWS 800_192
  5. Done!

Be careful not to delete your EU cache aswell if you have anything valuable in the factory, it starts with HWS 800_51.

Sorry to hear that, not sure if @RexXxuS or one of the other admins can reset/delete your NA character completely.
