What happened?
=> Told we could store the Halloween Armor in OCD. That is what pulled me into doing the event. Then I find out if you actually use it you can’t place into OCD because it has some damage on it. I tried repairing it, still no luck. Please don’t tell me we get to keep it only if we don’t use it.

Please don’t tell me we get to keep it only if we don’t use it.

This is the case for all Epics. The Halloween Armor is no different.
The idea was and is, to store it at 100% to use it for the next season.
Since it’s a Halloween Event item it shouldn’t be allowed to store and use on Eastern for example in the first place. But I thought why not.

Was an issue in the past where people would stash damaged epics in OCD and pull out the same one all shiny and new just like you got it for the first time. So I understand that if it’s new, never used you can store it. So I collected many shells during the event and got a couple stacks of armor, just in case. This is also the first event that allows us to be able to store armor, so a welcome sign there to us hoarders.
